Hetalia Card: Estonia

The country of our relative language, here is Estonia.
I wanted to make attacks which would describe his wits, luck and ability to avoid difficult situations and I think those I made describe these characteristics pretty well. Like, Tactical Dodge allows Estonia pretty good route to escape (especially if there's Russia fighting against him) and Lucky Baltic might prevent the damage. Pretty good, huh? I borrowed ~rawrdragon's idea of using flags as Weakness and Resistance, fits better than Energy symbols.
