Hetalia Card: Holland

Rarely seen country in Hetalia, here's Holland.
Paint rocks! I took that chibi from Kitayume but I wanted to design the background a little, so I used amighty Paint. I can't draw with computer at all, not even with Paint x'D Sorry... But if you wonder why I did this rare country so early, the reason is that his attacks were easy to come up with. He has been described to love really young women and to seen smoking weed so they come from there. Even though the picture is what it is because of my computer skills, I somehow like this card. And behold: no weakness! I borrowed ~rawrdragon's idea of using flags as weakness and resistance, suits much better than plain ol' Energy symbols.
