APH - Who did this to America?

Wahhh! So overcute! It's something like chibi-child America... I'm not sure ^^' But isn't it just cutest thing ever? I wonder who did this to him... *cough*England*cough*

Hmm... I don't actually have anything to say about this. I just drew chibi-America or somehting like that and then I got this idea and carried it out. I used cute pastel colours, pink and green to made it as cute as possible. Using too much the word "cute"... But that's what this America is!
