APH: Genderswapped France

Yeah, I do know that Himaryua has drawn the official Nyotalia characters, but I wanted to draw female France as I would like to see her.

I think drawing this started when I was just sketching something and I drew female France with big hair. Then I wanted to draw poper fem!France and I did this. The jacket is like jacket and dress together and I swapped his red pants to red stockings :'D Long high-heeled boots suit her best. Oh, and that's a rose she's helding. Plain background is plain but it had to be pink. And it is pink. I think this succeeded kinda OK, but someday I will draw official Nyotalia France as well.
